PROGRAMS FOR

All Levels & Ages

Whether you are a beginner or experienced martial artist, United Studios of Self Defense has a martial arts program to fit your needs. Men, women, and children participate in our Private & Group Training Programs.

The United Studios of Self Defense Martial Arts System is an ever-changing wealth of knowledge that is always interesting and fun to learn. At United Studios, you’re not just another student. You will realize your full potential, because you are special to us.

Self Defense

United Studios of Self Defense teaches Shaolin Kenpo, a mixture of Karate, Kung Fu, and Ju Jitsu. What makes United Studios of Self Defense unique from other programs is that we tailor our program to fit the needs of the individual student instead of molding the student to fit the art. So whether you’re a beginner or experienced martial artist, whether you have physical limitations or are a professional athlete, or you’re just one of the many people looking for something fun, challenging, and rewarding, we have a program for you. The United Studios of Self Defense system is highly effective because the wealth of material allows you, the student, to use whatever techniques work best for you. Since no two people or situations are alike, instructors at United Studios try to prepare students for all self defense situations.

1 Person Sessions:

These are reserved for students with special circumstances who may need individual attention. We will evaluate the criteria during the initial lesson to find the best fit for the student.

2 Person Sessions:

This is our most popular type of Specialized Training Session. Students are paired up with a partner of near age, skill, and/or rank. As each individual develops their own skills, they present a unique challenge to their partner, establishing an understanding of both sides of every technique.

3 Person Sessions:

We commonly recommended advanced students work in groups of three. A larger group allows the development of multi-opponent sparring, defensive maneuvers, and better critical thinking when it comes to self-defense as students can try their techniques in a variety of situations.
